Dan served as a firefighter with the Duncanville Fire Department after attending Garland High School class of 95. He was promoted from the rank of Firefighter/Paramedic to Engineer and served for 12 years.

Dan will forever be remembered for his kind words, gentle spirit and warrior mentality. Dan leaves behind a wife and son.

Tim Riffe
Tim started with the Duncanville Fire Department in 1994 and was promoted through the ranks to Captain. Unfortunately, Tim had to take disability retirement in 2012 in order to fight his battle with cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 42 and fought a courageous fight.

Tim was a favorite among the department and his passing is very difficult for those left behind. Tim leaves behind a wife and 3 children.
