On May 3, Duncanville voters re-elected Joe Veracruz to serve as Councilmember for District 1, Jeremy Koontz to serve as Councilmember for District 3, Kyle Pennebaker to serve as Councilmember for District 5, and DeMonica Gooden to serve as Councilmember At-Large. The City Council will canvass election results, and the elected members will be sworn in on May 20, 2025, as part of the City Council's Regular Meeting. All results are unofficial until canvassed by the City Council.

The no-new-revenue tax rate would Impose the sameamount of taxes as last year if you compare properties taxed in both years. In most cases, the voter-approval taxrate is the highest tax rate a taxing unit can adopt without holding an election. In each case, these rates arecalculated by dividing the total amount of taxes by the current taxable value with adjustments as required by statelaw. The rates are given per $100 of property value.
