Please be advised the type of services or getting help on issues is for non-emergency issues only. You can use this service to report many types of issues.

Issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention (wires or tree limbs down, etc.) should be reported directly to the Duncanville Police Department Non-Emergency number at (972) 223-6111, option 4.
Privacy Policy: The City of Duncanville is using OurDuncanville, an online and mobile service request system powered by SeeClickFix (app developer; parent organization CivicPlus, LLC), to power its mobile app and reporting forms. OurDuncanville is an application that allows Duncanville citizens to report non-emergency related issues. OurDuncanville can be used via the Web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. OurDuncanville is a public application. The description entered will be visible to the public. Your display name will also be visible unless you choose to submit as Anonymous. Your email address will never be displayed publicly.
