The Duncanville Fieldhouse is a 111,000 square foot state-of-the-art basketball and volleyball training facility. DFH features six hardwood Basketball courts, or ten regulation Volleyball courts. DFH has a high-performance turf room, strength, cardio rooms, Café and Snack-shop with ample parking.

Municipal Court
In general, the Duncanville Municipal Court has jurisdiction for offenses occurring within the city limits that are violations of a municipal ordinance or violations of a state statute. State statutes enforced in the Municipal Court include the Texas Penal Code, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, the Texas Health Code, and the Safety Code. The Municipal Court handles offenses which are punishable by fine only.

The mission statement of the Planning and Zoning Commission is to promote commerce and neighborhood preservation through orderly review, study, and consideration of zoning issues relative to state and local laws; consider zoning requests and make recommendations to the City Council; and review all zoning categories and allowed uses, making recommendations as needed.
