One Arrest Made in Investigation of Voyeurism

Duncanville, TX — On May 1, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m., Duncanville Police officers arrested a Duncanville High School teacher in connection with an investigation into allegations of voyeurism involving an educator and a student.

The individual, identified as Garrett Michael Davis, has been charged with Voyeurism, a state-jail felony. The charges stem from an investigation initiated after reports were made to school administrators, referred to the Duncanville ISD Police Department, and subsequently requested to be investigated by the Duncanville Police Department.

The Duncanville Independent School District has placed the individual on administrative leave and is cooperating fully with the investigation.
