On Tuesday, August 30, 2022, the Duncanville City Council adopted the fiscal year 2022-2023 Fee Schedule, which includes a rate increase for services provided by Republic Services for solid waste pickup and Waste Management for landfill disposal services. As stated in their contract, Republic Services may request an annual increase based upon changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
Fee increases, while managed by the city, are a pass-through expense from the provider to the customer.
The new rates listed below will go into effect on October 1, 2022.
