CITY OF DUNCANVILLE IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SYSTEM OUTAGES

The City's ability to receive online payments for utilities have been restored. 

Phone payments Utilities remain down. Online payments for the Municipal Court also continue to stay down.

Duncanville City Hall, the D.L. Hopkins Jr. Senior Center, the Duncanville Police Department lobby, and other facilities are currently without power. Oncor is onsite performing repairs. They are estimating 2 to 6 hours until those repairs are completed.

Assistant City Manager Brown has made the decision to close the impacted facilities.


Online payments for court citations and utility billing are still unavailable. There will be no penalties or shut offs because of late payments caused by the City’s system outages.

City Hall and facilities will reopen tomorrow at 8:00 AM. In-person payments will be accepted after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

The Service Center, Library, and Recreation Center will remain open during their normal hours today.

Police and Fire services continue to operate normally.

This evening’s scheduled Joint Meeting with the Duncanville City Council and Arts Commission has been cancelled.

City of Duncanville is now able to accept payments for Utilities, Courts in-person at 203. E. Wheatland Rd., Duncanville, TX 75116.

No penalties or late fees are being assessed at this time.

The Duncanville Fieldhouse is unable to accept Summer Camp registrations online. In-person registrations are able to be taken at 1700 S. Main St., Duncanville, TX 75137.

Monday, April 15, 2024 - City of Duncanville facilities are currently experiencing Intermittent outages with phones and computer systems.

In-person and online systems are currently down and unable to accept payments.
