BUILDING INSPECTIONS
  • A total of 1,973 single-family rental properties have been registered to date, with no new properties registered since the last update. Seventeen inspections have been completed since the previous update; ten passed, seven failed, and none were canceled. • Since the Single-Family Rental Registration Program inspections in July 2024, 239 Certificates of Occupancy have been re-issued.
  • This week, 117 Building inspections and 18 Health Inspections were conducted. The total amount of fees collected was $10,393.00.
  • This week, 82 permits were issued.
